Admission Procedure
Admission to all courses (B.Tech /M.Tech/MBA) in this Institute made according
to the directions of the Punjab Technical University (PTU). Website:

The following competitive examinations forms the basis of admission to all
B.Tech courses, in order of merit.
1. All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE)
(15% category - for student from all over India)
Admission under the Management Category is allowed after the completion of
counseling by PTU on the basis of AIEEE and CET merit. The Unfilled seats, If
any are added to the (1/3rd) seats under Management Quota, as per prescribed
rules.
Latest Entry to the second year of the (four year) B.Tech. Courses
are allowed for candidates holding (Three year) Diploma in Engineering. The
maximum number of such (LEET) seats is restricted to 10% of the approved intake
in each course.
M.Tech Courses admission is based on the merit of applicants in
B.Tech in the relevant subject. The PTU, however, holds counseling for this
purpose.
MBA Admissions are regulated by the State Government through
separate Entrance Test, followed by counseling.
